Overview ​

The ModelViewer enables users to view models in virtual reality

Things can do ​

• Retrieve Model from Sketchfab ​

  1. Open the Sketchfab menu (m on Keyboard -> Features -> Sketchfab, hold Y on controller)
  2. Choose the model and download it (space Keyboard, A Controller)
  3. Wait for a moment and the model will appear in front of you if it has been downloaded
  4. Perform advanced searching by press blue icon on the sketchfab menu
  5. if you want to view downloaded history, you can press white icon on the menus

• View your own model ​

  1. Put your model onto the computer, for the convenient, C:\Users\User\Downloads is chosen
  2. Open the file explorer (m on Keyboard -> Features -> FileXplore)

     Blue icon means the compatitble 3D model and Yellow icon refers to directory in the explorer

  3. Click the Blue icon which is your model and take a cup of coffee

     You can change the directory by clicking the top input field and Green icon next to it

• View models in different modes ​

  1. Once you have spawn the model, you can open the floating menu (space keyboard)
  2. You view models in wireframe mode or x-ray mode by clicking button the left hand on the menu

• Interact with models ​

  1. Grab the model (shift keyboard, b controller)
  2. Change the scale of the model from the menu
  3. Play desire animation from the menu
